KENTER

Architectural techniques, like the curved floating fireplace and adjusted ceiling heights, provided visual separation and defined distinct zones within the open plan, making the space feel larger and more connected. At its core is stone, used not as surface, but as structure and signal.

It wraps the exterior in a continuous skin, lending the home a monumental clarity that echoes ancient forms while remaining distinctly contemporary. The massing is deliberate, the silhouette calm. Like an obelisk, the home feels both of the earth and elevated above it.

Inside, a restrained material palette reinforces the spatial discipline. Rooms unfold through axial alignment and softened thresholds, balancing compression with release. A sculptural kitchen island extends into a built-in dining feature, marrying utility with ritual in a space designed for permanence, not performance. Kenter stands as a study in lasting craft, where geometry governs, stone speaks, and architecture becomes memory.
