Taia Akulova is an interior designer, artist, and architect with over a decade of experience blending art and design into immersive living spaces. A second-generation artist, she ran her interior design studio in Russia for 10 years, earning multiple awards for private residential projects. Now based in the U.S., she leads interior design efforts at Samaha, bringing a refined, art-focused approach to each project. Taia specializes in integrating custom art into interiors, guiding clients on how to live with and appreciate it. She’s also a seasoned photographer, having shot for Architectural Digest in Russia and the Middle East.
