David Melgoza is involved in all aspects of acquisitions, business development, and marketing. Since joining in 2023, he has played a key role in underwriting, structuring, and executing transactions across the firm's entire portfolio.

Before Samaha Holdings, Mr. Melgoza gained extensive experience in start-ups, focusing on building and scaling businesses with a strong emphasis on sales and growth strategies. Earlier in his career, he worked in corporate marketing for a Fortune 500 company, leading and managing over 250 employees toward the company’s goals.
